Simple white tile shower with corner shelves

White rectangular tile surrounds this shower in a straight grid, with the longer tile edges running vertically. Two corner shelves provide storage, while chrome fittings and a gray floor keep the compact room simple.

A straight tile grid around the shower

Large pale rectangular tiles cover the three sides of the shower alcove. Their aligned grout joints form a straight grid, and the vertical orientation carries the pattern toward the ceiling. Wider views show the tile meeting the low white shower base and the painted wall outside the wet area.

Corner shelves and fixture cuts

Two small shelves sit one above the other in the back corner. The shower head and control occupy the opposite wall, with tile cuts around their fittings. When planning a similar shower, consider shelf heights and fixture positions alongside the tile courses.

The surround within a compact bathroom

A wider photograph places the tiled shower alcove beside the toilet and vanity. Pale tile and white fixtures contrast with the gray floor and painted walls. The closer views show the shelf edges, wall joints and chrome fittings within the same compact layout.
