We measure page visits, photo browsing, call-link clicks and project-planner steps to understand how this website is used.

What is recorded

Event names, a page category, a time and limited choices such as the project type or planner step. A random identifier links steps in the same browser tab; it expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not record typed names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, city/state, ZIP codes, agreement choices, notes, photo contents, file names, raw referrers, URL query strings, IP addresses or browser fingerprints in the analytics database.

Your choice

The browser-tab identifier is stored in session storage. Your on/off preference is stored on this device. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. There are no advertising pixels or session recordings.

Where it goes

Events go to this website’s own endpoint and its dedicated PostgreSQL database connected through Vercel. We use the open-source Plausible tracking library; we do not send these events to Plausible’s hosted service. Website and database providers also process ordinary network requests to operate their services.

Project information and contact choices

The planner asks for your name, email, phone number, full project address, project type and timing, with optional removal needs, tile size, approximate measurements, notes and a photo. The address identifies where the work would take place. Separate unchecked boxes let you review website terms and permission for calls about that project. These choices do not authorize unrelated marketing or change your analytics preference.

Contact details, the address, selected photos and agreement choices stay in your browser tab. They are not submitted, stored as leads or included in analytics. Reloading or leaving the planner clears them. No callback is arranged by creating a project brief. To discuss a project, call us at (916) 633-8371.
