The earlier bathroom

The first photo shows square beige floor tile and matching wall tile with a decorative border. A framed shower enclosure sits to one side, with the toilet below the window. The view captures the room before the changes shown here.

A different floor pattern

Small white hexagons replace the larger square floor pattern. The visible grout joints outline each piece and carry the mosaic through the narrow room. The lighter floor sits alongside plain walls instead of the earlier tiled wall border.

The room in the later view

The green-gray vanity, white sink and open shelving frame the path toward the window. The comparison shows the room as a whole, while the tile floor remains the main detail. Its small repeating pattern contrasts with the larger, plain wall surfaces.
