Blue-green wall tile in a shower room

Blue-green veining runs across the side walls of this tiled shower room, contrasting with a pale end wall and floor. These photographs document installation progress: fittings, electrical connections and some recesses remain unfinished.

Color across the side walls

Broad rectangular tiles bring blue-green, gray and warm-toned veining along the two side walls. Horizontal grout joints divide the surfaces into courses, while the pale end wall provides a quieter backdrop. Close views show the tile cuts and inside-corner junctions rather than relying only on the doorway photograph.

The high window and recessed storage

A narrow horizontal window sits above the white shower base at the end of the room. Below it, a single-compartment niche has warm-colored metal edging that outlines its opening against the pale wall tile. An opposite-wall detail shows another recess before its finishing work. The photographs help compare the window returns, niche proportions and adjacent tile joints.

Floor tile and the shower-base junction

Pale rectangular floor tile extends toward the separate white shower base. Detail photographs record the raised base edge and the junctions with the tiled side walls. Exposed fitting connections, floor openings and hanging electrical cables are visible in these installation views. For a similar tile scheme, plan the wall courses, recesses and floor-to-base transition together.
